I stayed at this resort for a week with fiends. It is a lovely place for all type of holyday makers. The food was excellent and the waiters are generally good natured but one can tell they are overworked. Kiran and Gautam at the help desk were very helping individuals. I have suggestions for the owners to display Instructions of Dos and Donts at the pool. For example using the phone-camera or cameras should be regulated strictly. There were showers provided at the pool but hardly anyone knows what to do with them. There should be instruction to use the shower before entering in the pool. Overall the property has a very good atmosphere and rooms are of very good size and décor.

Pathetic Service. Dirty Rooms. The reception and the staffs are very rude. Looks like the management hired them without seeing their qualification. Suggest to management Don't give TV in your room. Else ask Guests to carry TATA Sky smart card with them do that they can insert in your set up box to see any of the TV channel. 2. Ask your service team to clean your reoom and make it ready before arrival of guests. 3. Change your people at reception. Send them for training on how to speak politely.

Cheryn, stay 25th december night. along with 4 more friends. It's all started with we friends ( from chennai ) want to meet each other for a reunion. And parallely we can want to give a surprise bonfire birthday party to one of our friend . Initially we booked Clarks exotica.They didn't even arrange for a bonfire to start with Then we cancelled and booked at garden Asia for same purpose and the sequence of incidents go as follows . I have contacted MD mr. Jegannath. He casually told us visit our resort then we can arrange from there . Though skeptical , I believed his words and after reaching they passed just bake number . They simply told pull me up cakes or any cake we can't deliver today (25th December ) . Choose any cake from the menu we have . At that time I have was totally dejected and reached the reception area with anger At that time Mr. Jegannath was there coincidently and took my tension into his head . Then the magic started unwinding . He used his influence and called multitude of pasteries to freeze a pull me cake from a bakery shop in the bangalore 11 km away and he made sure it reaches our spot. Could u people guess how they arranged . Yes they sent two people from the resort to recieve it from that place . i cant paste further here continued story i will paste in detailed page.
