Located away from the bustling crowds of Lonavala, The Fern, situated just adjacent to the highway from Mumbai to Pune, lures you with spacious and well-appointed rooms, excellent service and a massive spread in The Glass Cafe. A good option for a stay in Lonavala.

Worst stay!!! Had been to fern mumbai so finalised on this one...bit they Ruined my friends birthday for sure.. somehow got suite room around 1 then went for lunch around 2.30 post 30min on inquiry was told will take another 15min around 3.30 got stake fish fingers and offered complementary icecream to reciprocate which we accepted, no choice were too tired and hungry!! At night opened the sofa cum bed same was broken cake didnt arrive till 12 despite reminder..!! Guess what they also forgot to pack the remaining and gave us an empty parcel when we asked to pack up the same for someone needy which we hoped to hand it over to and checkout took anothr good 15/20min despite no rush at all.. all trainee staff no professionalism highly unrecommended
